Yes, if we didn't start yet with this piece of work (an icon, a screen, a webpage etc). You can get a refund at any time for the work we didn't start to do, but unfortunately we can't issue a refund for the work that is done already.
We would be happy to provide refund for stock icons, but custom designs require a lot of manual work by highly skilled (and well paid) professionals. Instead of refund, we propose testing our service with some small portion of work "to test the waters".
