Time

Usually we can make three icons a day, and we reserve three days more for the whole order. So, it generally takes six or seven business days for us to create ten icons. Have a tighter deadline? Contact us and we will do our best.

Although we don't charge for the revisions you request, it does take extra time. In some cases, the revisions may require more time than it took to create the icons in the first place.

The average price per icon is less than the price list indicates.

Stock icons
Most popular icons used in most applications are either free (in exchange for a link) or cost a modest $49-199 a set.

Similar icons are 50% off
For instance, if you order a left-pointing arrow and then a right-pointing arrow, the arrow left will cost $160 and and the arrow right will only be $80.

Volume discounts
For large orders (over 50 icons), we offer a 10% discount.

Fill our spreadsheet template or send us screenshots of your application. Your ideas about metaphors will be a big help in speeding up the process.

Formats and sizes
If you don't know what formats or sizes you need, check tips about sizes and formats or ask our team for advice.

Deadline
Give us an idea of how much time you can let us have. If possible, let us know which icons have the highest priority.

Prepayment
We generally ask for a 50% prepayment for our services. Check out our FAQ on pricing and payments.
